Shipping policy
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Because many of our products are handmade, engraved, personalized, or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item and order quantity.
Large, bulk, or custom orders may require additional production time. If your order has a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are provided by the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, actual delivery times are outside of Ebb & Flow Etching's control. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps. We may request photographs of damaged products and packaging when necessary.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, and changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
